About Sandra Stryker

Sandra has always been passionate about educating and inspiring others. As a physical therapist, business coach, and speaker, Sandra empowers others with the skills and knowledge they need to meet their own goals and objectives—whether that’s overcoming an injury, excelling at their job, or expanding a small business.

 

In 1998, Sandra graduated with her Master of Physical Therapy. Three years later, she founded Life’s Work Physical Therapy. Since then, she has grown her practice into a Center of Excellence in orthopedic (and manual) physical therapy serving patients and team members at three clinics in the Portland, Oregon metro area.

 

As a successful physical therapist and entrepreneur, Sandra has mentored generations of team members and other professionals. She has also published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, and is an accomplished keynote speaker, workshop leader, business coach, and consultant.

 

Sandra’s unique experience as a physical therapist, mentor, and business owner allows her to help other professionals succeed in an exceptionally broad variety of areas—from communication skill building to talent acquisition to data-based problem solving, and more.

Sandra has educated others regionally and nationally on healthcare leadership and best practices in chronic pain treatment through speaking and published articles in peer-reviewed journals.

A skilled healthcare leader, business owner, COO, and CEO, Sandra built her physical therapy practice from scratch. It has steadily thrived in Portland, Oregon’s competitive market.
